Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 5 days prior to the event.
• Any requests within 5 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for each class. Store credits are valid for 90 days.
• Any requests within 24 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid due to staffing and inventory requirements.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit
• Jill McKeever Studio reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Guests will be notified in advance.
