SDR has recipes that will satisfy everyone's hunger. I constantly think about food; how it's grown, processed, prepared, cooked, digested, and composted. I read cookbooks like some folks read the newspaper or a juicy novel.

Grocery shopping all by myself is a big thrill. Going to a super foodie mart is like going to an amusement park for me.
As of Thanksgiving 2011, I, along with hubby & kids, gave up all animal-proteins and dairy to live a whole food plant-based life-style. It's been the BEST decision we've made for our health.
If you're a veggie loving meat-eater, we'll get along just fine. If you're a hard-core never gonna change meat lover, don't worry, I won't try to convince you to eat tofu. You eat what you like. I'll eat what I like, but let's all agree fruits, vegetables, and grains keep the doctor away.
